"Courses worked, but it took more effort than it should have"
The courses themselves worked for the most part, but the videos kept freezing, which got annoying. The quiz instructions were also confusing, so I had to spend extra time figuring out what I was even supposed to do instead of just getting it done. Support eventually helped, but they took a while to respond. Overall, it was usable, but it felt like way more work than it needed to be

"Refund was slower than I expected"
The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than I’m used to. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, this felt a bit slow and frustrating, especially when I was expecting it to be handled sooner.

"Confusing payment issue"
I tried placing my order and the website kept saying the payment failed, so I tried again. Then I checked my account and saw I’d been charged twice. Confusing and frustrating, especially when the site is telling you one thing but your bank shows something else

I went with Xcel because I was trying to study for the Texas exam, but it felt like a lot of the material was too broad. Some of the Texas-specific rules I expected to see were barely explained, so I ended up googling a bunch of stuff on my own just to feel prepared.
If you’re taking the Texas exam, I’d suggest double-checking the state topics with another source or asking around before relying on this by itself. It might be fine for other states, but for me it was frustrating and didn’t really feel worth the money.

"Hard to get through because of the audio"
I really wanted this course to work for me because I signed up thinking it would be straightforward and easy to follow, but wow, the audio kind of ruined it. Some sections sounded muffled, then suddenly another part would get super loud out of nowhere, and I kept having to pause or replay the same sentence just to figure out what was being said. Which, when you’re trying to take notes, gets old really fast. Maybe the actual information is fine, I don’t know, but the sound quality made the whole thing feel unfinished. I ended up more frustrated than anything, so it just wasn’t worth it for me.

"Uneven pacing made it tough to follow"
I got frustrated with this course. Some sections dragged on so long that I felt like I was just waiting around for it to move on, and then the really important material near the end was rushed through way too quickly. It made it hard to keep up and actually feel like I was learning the stuff properly.

I genuinely put in the hours with this and thought I was getting somewhere, but when exam day hit, it felt like I had been thrown into the wilderness with no map. I studied hard, but still ended up feeling completely lost.

"Not as flexible as I expected"
I signed up thinking this would be something I could do here and there whenever I had free time, but it didn’t feel flexible at all. Between work and family, the timing requirements were really hard to keep up with, and I constantly felt like I was rushing or already behind. What made it more frustrating was that whenever I looked for a way to pause or slow things down, it felt like everything came back to some policy excuse instead of actually helping. If you have a normal busy schedule, this could get annoying fast. I wouldn’t use it again unless they make it easier to pause and truly work at your own pace

"Not Great on Mobile"
From what I remember, trying to use Xcel Solutions on my phone was frustrating. The pages didn’t load quite right, the buttons felt way too small, and I kept having to zoom in just to tap things. After a while, I gave up and switched to my laptop, which was much easier.

"Course was done, but the reporting was a headache!!!"
I finished my course, but getting the reporting sorted took forever!!! I kept reaching out to support, and they just gave me vague answers that didn’t really help!!! Super annoying experience overall!!!

I didn’t have a great experience with xcelsolutions.com. I went in expecting the site to be straightforward, but it felt like whoever designed it didn’t really think about how actual users would navigate it. I kept having trouble finding what I needed, and a few parts loaded slowly enough that I got annoyed and had to stop and retry. It made the whole process feel way more difficult than it should’ve been. Maybe I missed something, but from my side, it felt like they dropped the ball on making the site easy to use. I’m not really satisfied, and I probably wouldn’t use it again.

The study tools helped me a little, but they weren’t enough. If a company is offering something meant to support students, I feel like it should be more complete and actually make a real difference. It wasn’t terrible, just kind of disappointing

"Not Exactly the Prep I Was Hoping For"
I spent a lot of time going through the practice exams thinking they’d actually prepare me for the real test, but apparently that was a little too optimistic. The actual exam felt different, so I still walked in feeling unprepared despite all the studying. Some of the questions were confusing, and the explanations didn’t really clear things up much either. So, you know, super helpful.

"Support Was Underwhelming"
I had to reach out to support a couple of times and, it kind of felt like they were just sending me copy-and-paste replies. Like, they did respond, so that’s something, but they didn’t really explain things in a way that helped much, and my issue definitely wasn’t fixed quickly. The site itself is okay, I guess, but yeah, the customer support could really be a lot better

I was frustrated with this because a lot of the answers were wrong, at least from what I could tell while studying. It ended up costing me extra time since I had to double-check things instead of just focusing on learning. For me, it wasn’t as helpful as I expected.

"Certificate Came Through Just Fine"
I used XCEL Solutions and everything went smoothly. After I finished the course, my certificate didn’t show up instantly, I had to wait a little bit — but it did come through like it was supposed to. No major issues or anything, just a normal, straightforward experience overall.
